Shipping 

*Orders over $70 will be shipped free of charge using Standard Ground Shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders going to Alaska and Hawaii do not quality for the free shipping policy. Orders going to Hawaii and Alaska will be charged based upon the order weight for shipping cost. For orders under $70, we will charge a shipping rate based upon weight using the table below. Once an order is placed and shipped out, you will receive by email the package tracking information.

*Bulky/Heavy Items

Certain items on DiabetesAndMedical.com are bulky and/or very heavy. These items do not qualify for the Free Shipping policy for orders over $70. These heavy/bulky that are exempt from the free shipping policy will be noted as being exempt from free shipping on the product page in the item description as well as on the cart page and checkout page. The shipping charge for these special items will be based upon the product dimensions/and or product weight. The cart and checkout page will notify the shipping cost for these special heavy/bulky items.

*Orders received after 3:00 p.m. EST will usually be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will ship out the next business day (usually the following Monday). 

At this time, we are only able to ship products by standard ground shipping, which takes about 3-7 business days. Please allow up to 48 business hours to process and ship out an order once it is placed.

*Due to inclement weather, an order delivery may be occasionally delayed. Please use the order tracking information provided in the email you received to view the status of your order, whether it's on time or being delayed due to inclement weather or delivery service carrier disruptions. Diabetes and Medical is not responsible for unexpected issues/delays of your order caused by inclement weather or service interruptions by the delivery carries (USPS, UPS, or Fedex).
